SO is annoying

I'm so irritated at SO. He never voices his opinion until he is angry and uses things against me.
I'm wanting to do this meal service, Dinner Factory, and I let him know and asked him what he thinks, he said its all right.
So I went ahead and set up the appointment for it. And then all of a sudden on the day that we have the appt. he gets all in a huff and angry about it.

Well, if he didn't want to do it then why didn't he say anything about it?

I'm supposed to be in charge of everything, and after a while its hard to always cook, clean, laundry, and work, that I just want something that can give me temporary relief to re-cooperate from doing it all.
