What a smurf show

So last night even though I told him it was a bad idea, SO decided to troop home from work. He works about an hour and a half away. Of course I wanted him home but the snow was getting bad but he swore he was okay. Well, he makes it fine up until he gets stuck literally one block over in the entrance to where I live. After he tried for a half hour I decided I couldnt leave him so my step dad kept an ear out for my daughter and I trooped over. Holy smurf lol he was so stuck and the snow was so deep but eventually we got him out. We backed out and you know what happens? We get stuck in the middle of one of the most busy streets! I mean it wasn't busy at that point obviously but by 4am he was frustrated and tired after a 12 hour shift and wanted to go home. I was trying to keep upbeat and keep him in good spirits but it wasn't working so he tried to call his uncle but had no service. Now I had to walk ALL the way back home and call his uncle. My step dad went to help him and finally he was out by 5am. What a smurf show lol. Now still NO streets are plowed and last night I literally had to pull myself through 3 streets of snow that was up to my thigh. I am SO not building any snowmen today smurf that
