Am I wrong?

I started working in October of 2012. Anyways I'm getting my taxes back Tuesday and SO flipped smurf that I'm not putting my tax money into our joint acct and its goin into my moms bank account so I can't touch it until I can get a car. And because if that he isn't going to his interview today, he's threatening to call my dad and tell him that I didn't wreck the car he gave me that I sold it which is true but I didn't want to admit I did that with trying to get his help to leave SO. He's holding all kinds of things above my head because he wants me to give him $300 of my tax money to put exhaust on his truck. Which is more important? Me getting a car so we have 2 or exhaust(only to make it loud not nessecary). He didn't work all year and has had no desire to work or find a job. I've applied everywhere and got a seasonal job and worked my ass off to get them to keep me after the seasonal position ended! I think I deserve to keep my tax money.

Why did you sell a car that could have helped you to get away from your SO? I know right now there are LOADS of good cars for under2 grand in the DE area.. because Im from newark.

Go tell your dad yourself. Tell him you are trying to leave your SO because _____ and you sold the car because _______ and you really need his help.

Then SO has nothing over you and you're free to hide your taxes.

keep the money i can see if he said ok hun bills are tight so were going to need your tax money sorry but to get something he doesnt need f that

Are you going to leave your SO? You (and your child) obviously deserve better from what I've read in your previous topics.
No way in hell would I give him that money. He needs to get his priorities straightened out.
