Possible Preterm Labor

posted 9th Feb
Ive been in and out of the hospital for about a good portion of my pregnancy, recently i had to go to the hospital 3 times in almost one week.

I was 32 weeks at the time and was throwing up and it put me into contractions that were unbearable. 3 min apart. they monitored me the first time that week, told me i was just dehydrated. but then it happened again the second time they were still 3 min apart, told me my cervix was closed that i had nothing to worry about, the 3rd time happened again! They had to literally come in a 2nd time in the room and check my cervix to make sure i wasnt dialating. They told me that some women fail to dialate. I know it would be bad to have the baby that early, but with this happening so often wouldnt you think this would be bad for my little boy?

i was trying to see if it was worth a shot to ask to get induced at 36-37 weeks. Because obviously something is happening to where he is trying to come out. Maybe im one of the unlucky women who cant dialate?

Please help

this happened to me and the dr.s made me just sit thru it till it started to hurt my LO and my bp
you may be an unlucky one momma and if so I really recommend looking into natural ways to get past contractions at home its my life saver with this pregnancy ...lots of movement and listening to your body get on the floor put your butt in the air and wiggle your hips if it helps it looks retarded but I find it helps me and lots of warm baths a ton of water and just learning to feel them and breathe thru them

Thank you. It does sound a little silly but hey ill try anything at this point.. lol. im just so tired of being sick and or in pain. I just hope he comes right when its allowed.. like the 36 or 37 week mark. Cuz i literally have been losing weight in the 3rd trimester. im only 150 lbs. and i was 135 beginning pregnancy and im 5'7".. so i have very little weight to me. So thats why ive been concerned as well with being sick so often.
