diaper rash? question for a friend...

My friend was worried because her baby girl had a bad rash after only 2 hours..she said she wet all through her diaper and she's never done that before in just 2 hours. She sent me a pic and it was all in the diaper area like on her cheeks also but it had like bumps...I couldn't remember if my son ever had bumps when he got diaper rash or if it would be maybe an allergic reaction..and she's always used the same diapers..she breastfeeds also if that helps..

bumps usually mean allergic reaction or yeast infection since no changes most likely a yeast infection....has putting diaper cream on it made it worse or better? if it only seems to spread the rash but help her pain its def an infection but she may just be having a bad tummy day if none of that applies and some days they have what I call acid diapers where the moment the pee or poop touches them it makes LO break out and just comes and goes but my LO broke out with yeast infections often sadly he got my genetics

She is going to try cream, she just called me a few min ago to ask me about it. But I did tell her it could be the diapers or just because she peed a lot.

let her air out for a bit if she really thinks its the pee making her raw it could be and that will help the most then add cream when she is desert dry that will really help her figure out if its infection or just a bad rash
