SNOW DAYY

My stupid company JUST decided to close today... like really? They haven't even opened up the roads yet... and they thought people were going to dig out of this on time to get to work just to be open 3 hours?? lol

Well, it's still snowing and this is the building next door.

We've barely had any snow all winter, I miss storms like these! Awesome!
So this is my first official adult snow day!!! I've never worked anywhere that closed during storms lol




That pile is my car.

Oh man... are the roads open there? We aren't even ALLOWED to drive here right now.
I kind of feel bad for him though if he has a job that requires him to go in still... unless he's like emergency personnel.

My husband was going out to shovel earlier and said "I need to buy some new gloves" I was like I'm not today lol. We have about 18-20" it's hard to tell with the drifts! My son was so excited to see all the snow when he woke up! I hope it stays like this and we don't lose power

our parking lot here isnt huge so i dont even know how theyre going to plow without burying everyone in 10 times worse

I guess a lot of people who didn't have a covered parking spot here found someplace else to park for the night, because there is only my car and that taxi out in the open... so they're plowing around them.

that poor sucker with the yellow cab has been digging for hours... like the roads are going to be open for him to make money today  

holy crap thats crazy! the most i remember getting was up to my shins...so 7-8 inches, lol.

Even worst My water broke this morning and there no way out to hospital and no way for my Hubby to get to my moms house where i been staying because its near the hospital :'(

I know!! There is a SNOW PLOW that is stuck on the main road in front of our apartment.... a smurfing snow plow is stuck in the snow lol and people thought they could drive their cars?
