Yes, problem is when the stop eating they are on to something else. I don't think by the time I warmed another bottle they would have any interest in going back to feeding again. They never really have been interested in food at all! Not like some babies that can't get enough.
Anyways, it has just become more complicated because one of the girls has blood in her stool. We will have to make a doctor's appointment and see if it's all related!

Oh no!! That can be a sign of an allergy. Maybe that's the reason for less eating? I hope you figure it out. Good luck.

Thanks! Yes, we have gone through this before with my other twin. She was diagnosed with a cow's milk protein allergy a few months back. The blood has stopped, so hopefully all is better. We will still take her in on Monday or Tuesday to check things out though.
I have been gradually cutting out one of their bottles in the evening because they rarely ate much of it anyways. They are eating a bit more solids for dinner instead to get them to their last night time bottle. That seems to be working and I don't feel like I am ALWAYS feeding them a few ounces here and there, so things are looking up!

Good news I'm glad you figured out a new schedule that's working better.
