Lactose n tolerate?

My best friends son will b 2 in may and the last couple of nights hes woke up coughing so bad he violently pukes but the only thing that comes up in curdled milk. He just got over being sick and it only happens at night (my hubby's on det with the navy and our new house smells like puke   ) she's wondering if he's becoming lactose and tolerant? Has anyone else ever experienced this. And is it possible to become lactose m tolerant?

Yes it's possible. It's lactose intolerance. All lactose intolerance is is your body lacking lactase. Lactose=sugar found in dairy, intolerance=not being able to handle them

It sounds like he's vomiting from coughing.

It's also called lactose intolerant.

Lactose intolerant* and its possible to develop it later in life. It more sounds like GERD. I'd bring it up to a physician.

This is deff a bigger possibility than GERD. (stuck at work horribly long shift so idk why I didn't think of that first lol)

I have no idea why he does it, either. He's seen the dr for it twice and no answers as to why. He did it worse at our old house, though.

It could be as simple as he needs to cough and has a sensitive gag reflex causing him to throw up.

Curdled. Milk goes like that as its digested. He's 2 he doesn't need milk before bed
