I do also agree with setting up some parenting rules. You and him should be parenting pretty much the same way so she knows what to expect. There should be the same set of rules for when you're home or when he's home. Also, just because he's home doesn't mean you're out of the picture. You two should be able to parent her together when you are together. When you're doing the chart maybe set up some family rules for her(and you guys) to follow. That way there is a guide line!
