Allergic reaction or just sensitive skin?

My 4 month old just got her second round of shots. She had a 100.1 fever the first day and yesterday I noticed a rash. She has red clusters of bumps by the injection sites. They don't seem to bother her and except for the sudden spike in her appetite, inability to stay asleep long and excessive fussyness (probably due to her sleep schedule) she seems normal. Playful, talkative and energetic.

Has anyone else experienced this after a round of shots?

That sounds like an allergic reaction.

I was afraid of that. The urgent care clinic won't see her unless she has a fever of 103 or over or if a fever above 100 lasts more than a day.

Well it sounds like a minor reaction. Just keep an eye on her and if she still has a fever in the morning, take her in.
