fix this photo?

can anyone fix this photo??

it was my favorite from when DD was little and I need it for her scrap book!!

It's so overexposed, this is the best i could do.
But, i also suck at this kinda thing.
i couldn't recover it without it being grainy/having those lines.
someone else could probably do better.

i took a short class for it in hs but it was like a 6 week course.. you cant really learn much is 6 weeks with only having the class an hour every other day.

No def not. I am one of those trial and error people. I like to experiment and see what everything does and then do my own thing with it.

and we had specific pictures and specific tasks..
and had to read out of a book.. but my photoshop program went bye bye when my computer crashed.. lol

and i took it from shcool...(downloaded it to a harddrive and brought it to my laptop lol) and then had to delete it off the harddrive to use it for what i had it for
