1 charge/case was posession with intent to sell... *got off*

2nd charge/case was under the influence... *got off*

Oh wow that must have been so uncomfortable!
When I went when I was 17 it was in BFE country side and it was only me and my friend in the whole jail almost the whole time. And he's a guy so we were in separate cells alone, but we were able to talk to each other through the doors. So glad I wasn't in Houston!

Nah, I have been pulled over twice for speeding but that's about it. I have had family members in jail and an old friend of mine just got out a few months ago, she moved to another state and her life went completely down hill but her and her family are moving back so hopefully it will be a fresh new start.

I've worked in the jail. It was a smurffy job. I got the hell out of there quickly and finished up my RN degree. Its crazy the stupid things people do.

I was arrested for assault. They held me for about 8 hours and then I was on my merry way.

My nieces dad is in jail for receiving stolen property, my oldest son's bio dad is in jail for burglary/trespassing and my nephew is in jail for attempted murder.

Yes. For possession. Not ever again though.

They were weird, older, and missing a lot of teeth. Meth is fairly prominent where I was from. They were all fighting over what to watch on tv that evening. There was one lady there getting her hair made up in curlers because she was going to the penetitary, for manufacturing, and I guess she wanted to show up looking nice? She was bragging about how she'd have her own tv and she'd watch all the wrestling she wanted them.

I've never been arrested, thank god. I think I would die of fright if I did. The thought of ever going scares the hell out of me.

I've always been told that if you get arrested and have your kids with you, your children get put into foster care and you never get them back. Is that true?

DH was arrested for driving a friend to go pick up some catillac(sp?) converters and it ended up being a police sting. The friend worked for the same company I did and we were a recycling company for catillac converters, batteries, copper wires and etc. but you had to prove it wasn't stolen, and if it was then we has all your info to turn into the cops. He spent 9 hours in jail and this was barely 24 hours after he came home from Iraq lol. He said he was so freakin scared!

The only thing that was terrifying beside the yelling of get on the ground, get on the smurfing ground, put your hands where i can see them, i said get on the smurfing ground, and the line of cops rushing in- was my nephew (we are 6 weeks apart in age) disobeying, yelling no body say a god damn word, you don't have to tell them anything, lawyer up. And the cops telling him to shut the smurf up and get on the ground while he's yelling, I know my rights, I'm not doing anything. You can see my hands. Nobody say anything, and the whole time there's an officer with a red laser from his rifle pointed straight at his heart and another at his head from another direction and then the next cop rushing him and taking him out, and my nephew is over 6 feet tall and stalky. That. Was. The. Worst.
