I am assuming you'd tell her to kick his ass to the door and show herself some respect by finding someone who will treat her right. Which is exactly what you should do. You are a beautiful woman, and you deserve to be treated like an actual human being, not like a piece of property. Raise your daughter in a home where she isn't exposed to her mother being treated like trash by a man, because you wouldn't want her growing up thinking that's acceptable.

Everyone wants that whole idealistic family thing. But the reality is that some people are just better off without that "dream". Sometimes it's just better to be raised by a single parent, rather than being put in the middle of two people who just fight and don't get along.

It sucks, but you're worth more than a man who fools around on you and calls you names. I would never date someone who called me a smurf, skank, slut, etc. just because he's mad. I would never date someone who tried to tell me who I could and could not talk to--particularly if he's being a hypocrite by doing whatever he wants with whoever he wants.

i know its not the same but i know someone who called his gf a whore for having their baby and wouldnt even hold the baby for days. they broke up and a few months later he shook the baby. you have to be careful what kind of guy you are with. i know you cant predict the future and some smurfs make good dads but make sure he doesnt have anger issues or is passive aggressive.
