What's the difference in newborn pacifiers & 0-3 pacifiers ?

The difference is in size and toughness (?) I believe. I don't think it's a big deal but I never put any thought into jt

is his newborn too small for his mouth? think of it like baby clothes 0-3 is like larger newborn first month kinda size and can last quite a while vs newborn strictly fits newborn smallness for pacis if you are trying to stay with the orthodonic route just watch and see if its too big or small for your babys mouth they will let you know lol

With mam the plastic part is bigger on the 0-6 month ones than the newborn ones. The nipple is the same though. Then the 6+ month ones have a bigger nipple.

My doctor told me, if you start hearing smacking or gasping noises, or they are having a hard time keeping it in their mouth it is not the right size. I don't know from personal experience though because my son would never take one.

DD would just have a problem when soothers were to big, that it would cover her nose and too much around her mouth and it would get all read and sore. so just watch out for that. she loved the newborn ones so much. like the on in your picture with the whole in it. it took a while to get her used to the other one and she hated it! so the sooner the better
