Kolcraft optima tandem stroller

Anyone have this stroller? I'm starting to research double strollers and I love the idea of a tandem stroller. I know that the size is an issue, but how big of an issue compared to other double strollers? I don't want a side by side and ds will only be 15 months old when my next comes. I know I have time, but we are planning a trip to Disney in December. Also, I have the Chicco infant carrier and this stroller comes with the converter for it.

Just curious... If you don't have/like this one, what do you have?

Hated it so heavy and hard to push I ended up selling it pretty fast. I now have the city select and love it!

I have it and LOVE it!
DS isn't even here yet and it's friken AMAZING! I've been using it with DD. I'm such a weakling and can lift it. It even fits in my tiny Kia Soul trunk.

It rides so smooth. Love the different seating options and how it comes with the car seat adapter. Love the cup holders for DH and myself, plus the ones that come with the seats. Oh and they are vented I guess you would say so they don't collect all the water from the outside of your cup/drink. The under storage is so spacious. It fits my huge diaper bag, purse and a few shopping bags (two large Victoria Secret ones fit with the diaper bag. I did not have my purse under with it though. That was on the mommy hook I bought for the stroller).

When we received our stroller one of the canopies was broken. Called Kolcraft and they sent us TWO new replacement seats, plus an EXTRA car seat adapter. Rushed the order and had everything by the next morning. I was so surprised they didn't send me back to Buy Buy Baby to deal with them. I called back to make sure this wasn't a mistake and they said it wasn't and that they wanted a satisfied customer!


So I recommend this stroller 100%

Hated it. It was big and bulky and all around a pain in the butt to use. I ended up getting rid of it fast.

Do you have a big trunk in your car? It takes up a ton of space. It's not so easy to push once you have 2 kids in it lol if you have the kids facing each other there goes your basket space

I think the city select looks amazing, but I don't think I can find a way to let myself spend that much. Lol. But I think I'm going back to buy buy baby to fold it and check it out more.

I have a traverse so trunk space isn't an issue.   but I would imagine that Most double strollers take up a lot of trunk space.

You would be surprised lol but compact means more expensive unfortunatly.

I know... Lol. I saw some cool ones, but I'm not spending 900 on a stroller. Lol.  

But, I'm going to look at the city also. Lol. I have time.. That's why I started. Now. Des the city one have an infant carrier adapter?

You have to buy it separate. You can always get good deals on used ones.

Fantastic! I was 5 w1 d 2 weeks ago and today 7w1d with a little baby and heart beat
