When his little body is ready to sleep longer he will. He wakes to feed because his body needs it right now. He is still very young. My 7 month old wakes every three hours to feed so I would say you are doing well

He is 4 weeks old. He needs to eat every 3 hours because he is hungry and needs the nutrition. So as his mother you need to give up that sleep and get up and feed him. I tried to put this as nicely as possible.

Have you tried swaddeling yourself?

On topic: babies don't have a schedule before 6 weeks, only a lucky few of us have babies who slept longer stretches at that age. Sleeping longer has more to do with weight than age, my 3,5mo boy slept a 6 hour stretch starting at 5 weeks, but he was always in the 95th percentile for weight.

No one was negative.
Sleep when he sleeps if you are that tired. Babies that age still need bottles during the night for nutrition. He will sleep longer when he is ready. My son started sleeping through the night the same week he turned two months old.

I would strongly suggest swaddling if you are not already doing so.
As above, he is still very young and likely needs the every 3 hour feeds at this point. Mine ate every 2-3 hours until around 6 weeks. Then you start getting one four hour stretch (usually at night). Then eventually, and hopefully, it gets longer and longer. By between 3-4 months, mine slept through the night (6-8 hours in a row).
Just keep doing what you're doing and things will get better!!
