Oh trust me do not sign yourself in thinking you will only be there a couple days...
Also most you need to have insurance to voluntarily admit yourself. In an acute setting the average stay is 5-10 days.
You could be going through withdrawals. Alot of anti depressants if you stop cold turkey you can have withdrawal symptoms for months and sometimes years.
