Unless you never have sex, there is no 100% on not having anymore kids. IF you do have an unwanted pregnancy in the future...and it is ectopic. Would you really choose to die for a non viable fetus and leave your living children motherless?

Ohhhh, good point.   I'm just trying to understand why a mother would choose to do that.

Ectopics are not a death sentence like they lead us to believe.
From the American Academy of Family Physicians....
To date, at least 14 studies have documented that 68 to 77 percent of ectopic pregnancies resolve without intervention. Unfortunately, no markers clearly identify which subset of patients has self-limited disease.

So while *I* wouldn't wait it out - I am not going to dog anyone who does based on moral/spiritual convictions. It makes no sense for me to support a woman's right to choose & then not also support the choices I wouldn't make. It also should be mentioned that there have been a number of (although statistically RARE) cases of ectopic babies surviving long enough to be born & be healthy. I *think* they have all been in OTHER locations. I am not sure there has ever been a tubal pregnancy that went far enough for viability, but the major organs like liver & intestines can potentially support a placental attachment. Weird but true.

I'm not dogging anyone for their belief. *I* simply don't understand why a mother would choose to even take that risk. To each their own though.

I know of one case where the mother was pregnant with multiples and they were not aware of another embryo in her fallopian tube. The baby grew until the tube burst and then it reimplanted on her colon or intestine.

LOL Don't try to understand. I quit trying to understand why some women have abortion after abortion ..then cry because the due date is soon etc. We all have our beliefs on the subject. Just like when I was asked why would I carry a baby who will not survive. No need to explain lol
