Im Depressed and Stressed :( ITS RUINGING MY MARRIAGE

Im 30 wks pregnant and Ive been evaluated before becoming pregnant for depression and borderline personality. My husband and i have been living in 2 different houses for a month and hes wanting to move back in. Ive become very depressed in this last month. Along with being stressed. Ive been lashing out into arguments WAY MORE even over the smallest things. Im not taking any medications right now due to my pregnancy. Im having more of a problem with it now bc i cant find a way to control it. Its starting to take a toll on my family. What am I able to do until our son is born so i can go back onmy meds?? IM NEEDING SERIOUS ADVICE!!   Plz, if you dont have these conditions or yournot a doctor...please dont respond. i need advice from ppl who have suffered from these conditions together bc mine doesnt go away unless medicated. Im trying to find ways to treat it by trying ways others, like me, have done and have helped the. Thank you all.

What meds do u typically take? Do u plan on bfing? There are a few meds approved for preg and a few more for bfing. I took Zoloft with dd1 and Wellbutrin for dd2. Both during preg and bfing. They aren't the miracle cure but they take the edge off. My depression has about ruined my relationship too   *hugs*

I lash out at my husband, pregnancy does wonders on me! Hope all is better soon. I would talk to your doctor if it gets getting to be unbearable.

i take Abilify and Cymbaltia. Neither i can take while pregnant.   they work best for me and i dont have side effects that i cant handle. and no, im not planning on breastfeeding anymore due to me really needing to be on my meds afterwards bc im going to need to be the best i can for my son. and i cant breast feed on those meds either.

I bf on cymbalta   The dr just said it poses the risk of hurting your supply.

Can u try something else while you're preg to help you cope?

Tbh ive been on everything else they have for it and i gain ALOT of weight or it gets worse. I was hospitalized 2x for it bc i started to have susisidel thoughts. That was 3 yrs ago but thats what im not ok going back to. The Cymbaltia gives me minor headaches but nothing advil cant help me with.

Do u talk to a therapist? Or see a dr on a regular basis (who prescribed the meds)? I'd contact them ASAP and tell them you need something, to make it another 8-10+ wks...

Does being with your husband make it better or worse? You've been living separately the last month and in the last month your symptoms have become worse- sounds like you need your husband around?

The doctor who prescribed them to me moved areas and no longer has a practice close to me. Its a hour drive to ger new office. My PCP will give me a script if i need one. I made a appt with her for it. And yes, im less stressed when im with my husband. I miss him and just want to be around him. I miss everythin about him.   i just hate how things have been for the past few weeks.

Sorry sweetie   the wellbutrin has been great for my weight loss fortunately. What class is cymbalta on the drug list for preg? Did your dr say absolutely not?

Ya. She said it will severely cause damage to my son   n i do NOT want that.
