PT girl

This is so frustrating. We are in the process of PTing my daughter. She is constantly trying to get naked (waist down) and always wanting to sit on the potty but she doesnt do anything. Just wants to sit there for a while and every 10 minutes she wants to go. I know that it comes with PTing. But Eh! It was much easier to PT my son then her. Any tips. Im gonna go insane if she ask 100 times to go to the potty tonight.

Yes. She isnt really interested in it. Its a pink one that has a crown on it and sings when you pee.

She likes to sit on the big one since they do that at daycare.

One is not easier than the other regardless boy or girl. It all depends when they are ready and how helpful and encouriging the parents are and most importantly how consistent are they with their kids. Good luck!

Yes based on MY experience MY son was easier then MY girl is.

They were both going to the potty themselves with NO pressure. They got get the exact same encouragement as the other gets. They are both getting the consistence as the other.

Everyone is different and so you can not say someone's child isnt easier then the other unless you are their with them.

I didnt meant it that way you made it seem that boys are easier than girls which is why I said that is all depends on the child itself. Sorry if you took it the wrong way. How old is she? Honestly most of the time they will just look at the potty like toys since is thier favorite character or it makes sounds. You can try sitting her on the big regular potty and by rewarding her. Get a stepping stool so she can be able to sit in the big potty by herself. Hope that helps.

I've always heard that Girls are easier then Boys to PT.
She will be 2 in 2 months.
One day she sat on the potty and I always tell her push push. Well she farted and you would of thought she took a major dump because I was so excited congratulating her. But I wanted to make sure she knew I was paying attention and that I was so happy for her.

She doesnt really have a fav character. But she has a princess potty that sings when she pees in it or shuts the lid. But she loves her big girl potty like mommy. LOL
We have a stepping stool and bring her books in. But still nothing. its just frustrating because Im tired of going to the darn restroom every 10 minutes. LOL

Just take a break and try again. Believe me, when she is ready it won't be hard. Give it a few months and try again.

Exactly cuz she isn't ready yet so you take a break and start over. I had to a few times but when she was ready it was a piece of cake.
