how did you know?

how did you know it was labor. This is for the mamas that went into it because they felt it was time. Both my pregnancies were forced. My first my water leaked so they induced me. I hadn't had any contractions. My second I was in and put of L&D because of contractions. They stopped me about 10 times. Drugs. Finally I got so frustrated my doctor told me to walk the next day go in and he was oncall so he would induce me. So I did.

This is my third pregnancy, and well I have this feeling she's coming soon.! I, keep having contractions I'm only 31 Weeks but I can feel myself stretching down there. And my contractions are everyday about 2 hours long at a time and about 5 mins apart. They stop for am hour then start up again I don't want to ever go in because I don't want to be drugged. They hurt also. Like painful if I move or try to move they kick my ass.

So ladies did you ever feel like the baby was coming soon and it actually happen? & how did you know it was real labor.

If you think you're having real contractions, you need to go in and get them stopped! 31 weeks is not enough time to bake...

That is very concerning. You should be at the doctor. Seems like you need to be on bed rest.

I knew it was real labor because it felt like my insides were ripping out, the contractions wouldn't go away and I couldn't sleep through them.

My mood changed about a week out. Other than that I never really had a "feeling" she was coming. My water broke at totally surprised me.
I hope you're not having contractions though, that's scary

I only knew when contractions were timetable, didn't go away, and were getting closer together. Also I shake. I was laughing and talking throughout both labors, to the point where with first I was told on phone I wasn't in active labor. Went to hospital because I was shaking and was 9cm dilated.

I only shook in transition. It was sooo bad, I was so embarrassed by it for some reason!

No one told me it was normal, I was scared and my husband was panicking. It's funny now that I look back at it lol.

I read about it on here. I also read that the epi can do that to some women.
But since I knew what it was I was excited because I knew that meant it wouldn't be much longer until it was pushing time. And it wasn't!

definitely depressed I guess you could say. I was definitely more down and had no energy. I was calm though, I wasn't anxious or anything, just blah.

I didn't have a mood shift like that with my first just spontaneously went into labor one night without rhyme or warning. I've been pretty blah this week but its just been a bad week overall lol.

Oh my gosh! I posted last night asking if there was some kind of crazy hormonal surge right before labor! I've been a damn nightmare. Lol
