Example: You could have sex once on Monday, precum containing sperm lives inside you until Friday, and then suddenly BAM you're pregnant!

No one on here is going to assure you that you can be 100% sure you're not pregnant. There is always a chance if you have unprotected sex.

The period tracker is general information, based on the average cycle.

Every woman's cycle is different. I actually ovulate 3 days BEFORE the tracker told me I was supposed to.
