26lbs down, progress pictures! (probably NSWF) :)

Stepped on the scale this morning and I am officially 26lbs down! I am now at 176lbs, not really that close to my end goal, but little progress is better than none, so I am happy with it! (I started off at 202  )

From today, 176lbs

My first time burning over 500 calories with my new watch (in one workout, not throughout the days workouts)

I've been truly so much happier since I have started this healthy lifestyle! I eat very clean and healthy, with usually one cheat meal or day a week, work out 6days a week with one rest day- lots of cardio, pilates, zumba, strength training (weights) ..  




36lbs to go!

You're looking great!!! I'm about te same as you. I was 205 when I Started my weightless journey. Got to 182 and got preg. Got to 201 during preg. Now I'm 2 wks pp and 173!!! I'm shocked haha. I was so afraid I'd have to lose all thy weight again and was actually getting sort of depressed at the end of preg about it. I feel fab and look pretty skinnier too except my pouchy lower stomachs where my uterus is still out a big and I have saggy skin and the pouch that goes out over my csection incision. I can't wear my pre preg pants yet cause it hurts and cause of that lower pouch.
