Stepped on the scale this morning and I am officially 26lbs down! I am now at 176lbs, not really that close to my end goal, but little progress is better than none, so I am happy with it! (I started off at 202

I've been truly so much happier since I have started this healthy lifestyle! I eat very clean and healthy, with usually one cheat meal or day a week, work out 6days a week with one rest day- lots of cardio, pilates, zumba, strength training (weights) ..
