What were your sinus infections like?

For the past 3 or so days, my sinuses have been SO dry. To the point where it burns and it gives me a sinus headache. Last night, my noses started running but I assumed it was just the cold that has been going around in my house.

This morning I blew my nose and a HUGE blood clot came out of my nose. It was crazy. It looked like I was having my period out of my nose.  

But I'm assuming it's just a sinus infection.

Get a humidifier. It's the best thing for a sinus infection. Or do the hot shower thing, like you would if LO had a cold.
