oils, stretch marks?

are there any good oils or minerals that have helped you ladies with stretch marks?
when should i start using it? brands?
and good vitamins i could take? even while trying to conceive?

I would think the earlier you start using it the better just to prep your skin for the stretching it has to do so when it does start all of that it will be well hydrated. Also start taking prenatals and drinking water like a pregnant woman.

i used in when i was like 34 weeks pregnant so i already had stretch marks but it prevented more from happening but i continued to use it daily after i was pregnant (especially on my csection scare) and it worked amazing... took about 1-2 weeks to noticed results but it worked

2 weeks isn't to long! thanks that's awesome!

and thanks for the water tip! I have been trying to drink more water.

Coconut oil will keep your skin hydrated   but nothing is going to prevent stretchmarks. But keeping your skin hydrated will make them more bearable If you're one of the lucky ones to get them.

I coconut oil works amazing too!

Nothing will help prevent them. If you're meant to have them then you'll get them. Coconut Oil helped make them easier to deal with(didn't itch and such) I started using it around 20 weeks and still got stretch marks.

I just want to try and keep them minimal.
i know my belly wont..not stretch with baby in it.
