irs website

can anyone else get it to work I am trying to check on my refund status and everytime I click the link it says the server unexpectedly failed...I have a mac and well the joy of it is this never normally happens to me so is anyone else having issues the website says it should be available right now?

Nope. As in it wasn't working, I also have a Mac.

Call 1 800 829 4477 Same thing but through the phone. You need the filers SS number, filing status ( married, single, HOH) and exact amount.

I just checked mine about 15 minutes ago and it worked.

Working for me on mobile and on my pc.

thanks guys I will try again now that its been a min and if not call the number a PP poster said...lets hope it works I keep seeing people get taxes back early and its getting my hopes up now I am sure we will have to be the unlucky souls who have to wait till march but man would I be dancing down the pews if we got ours early

If you makes you feel any better, I filed on the 28th and I still doesn't have a DD date.   And I have a simple return, no school credit no nothing except W2s, EIC and child credit... Yeahh...

I just checked it online and it did finally work however we filed electronically and it says within 24 hours it would give the info uhhh its been over a week lmao so looks like we are gonna be taking forever sadly unless it magically shows up in our account

So not only does the IRS hate Macs, it hates their users as well.    

I guess I usually just blame it on my kind of luck lol you know those one in a million chances something could go wrong etc. they always happen to me so I just accept it lol
