back pain

My back has been out for over 2 years. I've never been to a chiropractor.. In the last 2 days my pain has quadrupled... I can't do anything without being brought to tears.. Laying down hurts, walking hurts.. Everything... It hurts so bad that when i breathe I'm getting nauseous from all the pressure.... I just want someone to jump on my back :/ i have no idea what to do... My insurance doesn't cover a chiropractor, and i can't afford to pay out of pocket.... But idk how much longer i can stand this.... I can't sleep I'm in so much pain....
