ice cream sandwich operating system

So im looking online for tablets for the kids...Ive found some good deals on a few. It runs the 1mobile app store, does anyone know if this is a good one or not (this ones for a 7 year old)

I've never even heard of it. If its ice cream sandwich it should be android which is good.

I ended up getting something else that had good reviews. Then i got the older 2 nook HD for 135 each. Im getting myself a kindle fire HD
