Im also swelling really bad. My feet hurt all the time! Dr told me to lay on my left side as much as possible, stay away from sodium, drink plenty of water and keep my feet up as much as possible. I also went to the chiropractor to get adjusted. That helped with the pressure that was on my feet.

elevate them, cut your sodium, and drink lots of water. you can also try compression stockings or even ace wraps. water and cutting sodium definitely is the key though.

I wish I could help, but my feet and ankles have been swollen constantly and I dink about 3 litres of water a day and have my feet elevated and nothing helps! :/

drink lots of water and i had a cooling gell for feet and legs and it worked lovely!
I'd get dave to rub it on for me while i sat with my feet up for a while. worked wonders. xx
