Should I worry? 1 1/2 yo with high fever.

My daughter has been sick for about 4 day. It started with her eyes running with green gunk, then runny nose, and now a cough. The day before yesterday I took her to the doctor and they gave her amoxicillin. Anyways the cough sounds worse and it's in her chest, well you can hear that she has fluid and she is wheezing a little bit. This is her 2nd day on her medicine but she's running a 102.4 temp. Should I worry? Her temp may be higher because she wouldn't be still. I have been giving her Tylenol but it keeps shooting back up at night.

If she has the flu than an antibiotic isn't really going to take care if it. I would give her Motrin as well. If her cough is sounding wheezy I would take her in to the doctor. My daughter had a cough that started out try and ten morphed into being wheezy and she ended up needing albuterol treatments and after that she got soooooo much better.
