We had 2 daughters before our marriage.
He signed a AOP with bailee, but not for delilah because he wasnt there to do so.
AOP is acknowledging paternity.
Now since we are married, does he have legal rights over them because we got married? Ive been trying to google it bu
t i cant find anything.

I need to know if he still needs to go sign papers or if now we are married and dont have to worry about it.

Call the birth registry office, I would think he'd need to be added to her BC to have any rights.
