Help

My furnace isn't putting off heat. It's been like this for 3 days almost and it's freezing in here!

Should I be worried? I'm going to contact my landlord and then gas company. It's a 60's style wall furnace.

OMG, I'm smurfing tired! I just read that as, " my fiance isn't putting off heat..." I was like damn, he's been just laying there for 3 days and sheshe hasn't called anyone?? lol...

yeah, i'd call someone soon. idk what a wall furnace is, but... if you're not getting heat out of it, that's not good.

I'm worried there may be a gas leak. Should I not be here right now? My SO is working until 6am and I'm just worried it's something major.

What colour is the pilot light flame?

A gas fitter/ plumber can test for carbon monoxide.
Maybe it's the fan?

It's blue.

I don't smell gas. I thought I did yesterday morning, but only for a sec.
We have a carbon monoxide detector, but it glitches. We had a carbon monoxide scare 2 weeks ago.

I talked about it once with a plumber. I think blue is good, yellow is bad? I have the same style heater I just checked mine and its blue lol.
If gas was escaping it would be burning wouldn't it?
I'd say its the fan?
I'm in auatralia, it's so hot here I'm not running mine.
They're great though.

I wish I had one. I don't think we have them here.
I'm trying to help because stuff like this stresses me out too. I have all my appliances checked yearly.

It could be the fan. It's a really old heater. Lol. I'll call the gas company in the morning.
