Extra fussy baby? :l

This has been going on for a week and I have no idea what is going on.
My son is 4 months old and was colicky until about 9 weeks old and then that stopped. Now it seems like that all over again.
He cries almost all of the time that he's awake. No fever and a little diaper rash that appeared well after this all started.
I have noticed that he's pooping once or twice between feedings which is really unusual for him. And he acts hungry after only 2 hours, even if it's a 7 or 8 ounce bottle (he usually has 6 ounces and is good for 4-5 hours).
It's been tough getting him to fall asleep too.

He has a doctor's appointment soon but can anybody help me out or give some suggestions?

Teething?

Infant Tylenol or teething tablets work great.

Okay I've done Tylenol but I can try those tablets.

could he possibly have reflux?

He does but we found out a long time ago and have been managing it so I don't see why suddenly it would be so bad?

oh ok, my midwife told me at a certain age it all of a sudden gets at its worse then starts to get a bit better again but i think thats at like 8-12 weeks. maybe his colic has come back.

sounds like hes either teething or going through a growth spurt. my son is 5 months old and is teething really bad and nothing works for him either. He barely sleeps at all anymore and i barely get 3 hours of sleep at night

my daughter is 4 months too, and was doing the exact same thing last week. for a good 4-5 days all she would do was scream and nothing I did soothed her for more then 5 minutes at a time. I thought maybe she was sick because I had been the week before but when we went to her 4 month checkup on Monday the dr said she wasn't sick and it was most likely just teething. I gave her Tylenol and it seemed to help a little bit, and I also gave her some frozen teething rings which helped for a few minutes. Thankfully she is now back to her normal self. Although her habits are starting to change. She used to sleep from around 1030-11 to 7am and then I could get her back to sleep til 930-10am if I put her in bed with me... now its awake at 730 and theres no getting her back to sleep lol... hope your little man starts feeling better, I know how frustrating it is because you feel so bad that you cant make them feel better
