Probably obstruction of evidence but I dunno what kind of punishment that carries. Probably less of a punishment than a positive hair test? I really have no idea though, lol. He could be a total smurf and shave it all until he thinks it might be out of his system =/

Someone just mentioned using arm hair. I was afraid of how well pot use would stand against him since it is working on its way of being legalized... and I don't smoke... so I have no idea how to present the effects of smoking pot to a court....aside from the fact he's a mess....

doing several chemical processes 2 the hair one after another will destroy the cells in the hair and keep it from testing. one of the favorite methods is to dye it or use lice meds on it several times. ive seen someone pass a hair follicle test from the pubic area by doing this and he had like 4 diff drugs in his system including pot. btw my brother is an idiot! but he is clean now. but if someone really wants to pass its not that hard
