If he is sweaty he might be coming off from a fever breaking. Did you get him to drink anything?

Just keep an eye on him tonight, keep him comfortable, hydrated, give him some saltine crackers. If you can have him sleep on his side incase he does throw up again. Maybe make an appt for tomorrow.

Probably just a stomach virus momma.
My 13 month old had one and I swear she hadn't eaten anything in about 10 hours and she still managed to projectile vomit a gallon all over me and my carpet
She was also clammy and sweaty.
She was better within 4 days. Just keep an eye on him, hope he feels better!

Great...Im thinking it may be food poisoning. He just smurf out his diaper EVERYWHERE, green water literally. Cleaned up and back to sleep. It's gonna be a long night. My poor tiny man

With it coming put both ends get fluids in him so he doesn't get dehydrated. Sick babies make me sad

Okay, I'm gonna try water first. I feel so bad he keeps waking up with something coming out of one end or the other.

Me and my son Rylan unfortunately had food poisoning once by my hand I always check my chicken about 7 times in the cooking process last piece was white like you expect but one piece was under cooked I threw up once. Rylan woke up projectile vomiting we both went to the ER. They gave us each a pill which kept us from getting sick again. He then made us sit 45 minutes for monitoring and they gave Rylan some fluids.

Sounds like a tummy bug. Lots of handwashing. They normally last 24 hours, you have a little break then someone else in the house gets it. No fun, definitely not when they are that little   We went through this when my little man was 13 months old. Was so sad, hope he feels better soon.

You definitely need to buy a thermometer though, we ended up buying the 3 second one for the ear. Cost us heaps but definitely the best thing out ever. No baby wants to be pinned down for ages while they are sick waiting for those slow crappy ones under the arm but even then one of those are better than nothing.
