menstrual type pain

Whats the deal with it when you're full term? What does it mean progress wise?

I keep feeling like how I would before starting my period...hope its good news!!

Sounds like cramping or small contractions, pretty normal.

Do you think it has anything to do with effacement/dilation?

Contractiona are.like mega bad period cramps ao yes it could be you syarting to progress but it could be like this for days before you.properly atart. Good luck   x
