Breastmilk is a mild laxative. I would not put any laxative into his body unless his doctors says otherwise. Curious, is he gaining weight well and have enough pee diapers?
If so, I wouldn't worry to much unless he seems like he is in pain when he poops. It could be normal for him.

Thanks everyone!!!! I'm happy to report that he has pooped twice today. He woke up from his nap and as gross as it was to feel his poop soaked onsie all over my hand I was sooooo happy had to do another load of laundry cause it was All over his swing but he pooped.
