wait what? Most 14yr olds I know would never consider adoption. Sometimes abortion is best IMO. I mean, like I said before and it's been said before. The 14yr old isn't responsible enough. Can they even get a job? FFS, they are still in the 8th/9th grade. It's disgusting

It does matter. We're not that child's mother and we have no place telling her something like that. Her mother or whoever her guardian is can explain her options to her. And if I had been on that thread that's ALL i would have suggested... go talk to your parent about this. The parent is the one who raised her and should be the one giving her such vital information, advice and comfort. That was crossing a line. I'd be pissed if my child found themselves in that situation and strangers thought it was okay to suggest abortion... adoption or anything other than talking to me about it.

I didn't say abortion isn't best in some situations but its not anyone's place to tell someone it is best for them unless they are in that situation.

Most 14 year olds are probably scared smurfless to go to their parents. They need SOMEONE to explain their options to them.
