I'm not really doing any thing specific. I just got promoted to manager at my work last month so I've been pulling 10-11 hour shifts 5 days a week so I'm constantly on my feet. Then I get home and have to take care of the kids and clean the house up. So with how busy I've been I don't eat as much (I actually need to eat more often).
I'm also taking vitamins. I was REALLY deficient on my vitamin D so they have me on 2000 IU a day. And then I take my daily multi vitamin.
Oh and I've cut out soda for the most part too. We have these little cone cups at my work and I allow myself 1 of those a day tops. But I'm getting to the point that I don't even want it.
