Does anybody seriously

Wait for their oven to preheat before they throw something in it to cook? I swear I never have...

I always preheat my oven.

Always.

I never put anything in until it's preheated.

Mine uses gas and preheats in like 10 seconds.

Mine's gas and it takes 10 minutes.

There is a timer that beeps once it is finished preheating.

sometimes I do and sometimes I don't.

I don't think I've ever met anyone that doesn't wait for it to preheat. Doesn't that screw up your food?

Usually put the oven on first so by the time I'm done prepping it's preheated. Though I have been known to thrown things in before it's done... never caused an issue with the final product.  

My husband does that and it drives me crazy!

Mine isn't fancy like that. When I open the door and a wave of heat hits me in the face, I put the tray in lol.
