So I get you to stop playing xbox and ask you to watch tv with me.. so you sit next to me while I watch tv and you play your DS? Wtf. So much for watching TV with me and spending time with me. Ugh. So tired of this.

We've only been together for 2 years and don't even have a kid yet. He should be getting off the stupid smurfing games every once in a while to hang out with me or talk to me. I would get it wayyy more if we had been together for years and years and are tired from raising kids but no. None of that.

What does it matter if he doesn't want to watch TV and wants to play a game instead? At least he is there with you and you could be talking if you wanted to.

I guess you'd just have to see how he acts around me. It's like he's a zombie. I like video games too but I would like to spend a little time with my fiance once in a while. I don't even feel like he wants to be with me. I try to ask him about it and he just says I am dumb for thinking that. I never knew it was okay to put video games above your loved ones.

I agree with you sweetheart! I understand not spending every waking moment gazing into each others' eyes but jesus, when you ask someone to give you their attention, they should! Face to face conversation should be part of a marriage! Technology (Xbox, Playstation, Facebook, etc..) causes way too many problems in relationships nowadays!

Right? I'm not asking him to never play a game again! I'm asking to spend maybe an hour or two a week talking about life or watching a show together or something! I didn't know that was too much to ask for :[
