Complaing of her pee pee

Ive notived she is peeing alot more and only going small amounts. Not complaining thouggh when she is peeing. Just randomly tells me her pee pee hurts. It doesnt look red or smell or anything like that.. Not sure what would cause it, but im gonna call pedi in the morning to see what theysay

Thanks i was thinking that too. Besides cranberry juice is there anything i can give her besides meds?

make sure she's drinking lots of water

Azo otc works great but i dont know if it is kid friendly. You will need to get her on antibiotics asap tho because if it gets into her kidneys its way worse

Okay yeah i plan on calling pedi asap tomorrow morning..

Water is better than cranberry juice, don't allow her to drink sodas or other juices like that. Keep away from aciding foods/drinks. I've had problems with kidney infections since I was little and this is what my doctors have always told me. Until you can get her into the doctor and get antibiotics, Azo helps relieve the pain and urge to go. Not sure if it is ok for kiddos though. I don't remember if I took it as a child or not.
