How old was your kid when they lost their FIRST tooth?

My nephew was 5.

DD was 4 when she lost her first tooth. Like 4.5 yrs old.

My DDs are 5 1/2 and 6 1/2 and I thought by now they would have lost one.

No poll option for me. I have a 5 year old who still hasn't lost a tooth.

I believe I was 7 when I lost my first tooth & the only reason I lost it then was because I fell on my face & knocked it out on the jungle gym.

My cousins little boy is almost 7 and hasn't lost a tooth yet. It can be quite normal to be 7-8 before they lose their first tooth.

I was curious about this, too. My stepdaughter will be six in August, and she still hasn't lost one yet.

Ds turned 6 in December and just now has his first loose tooth.

I wouldn't worry. The longer they can keep their baby teeth, the better. IMO.

I actually still have a couple of baby teeth as an adult. I'm 25. Is that weird?

I lost my first two teeth when I was almost two, I feel out the front door. They were my front teeth.  
It messed up my speech, and eating, and eventually my adult teeth when they finally came in.

I'm actually 24. lol. Not that it makes a difference, but I have no idea why I'm trying to age myself... Still have another 10 months til the quarter century. lol.

I never lost my baby molars and my husband still has a couple baby teeth as well. It happens.
