Day 2 of 30 Day Shred

MY LEGS!  

Haha. I feel great (I started working out a few days before that) BUT my legs hurt so freaking bad. I can barely stand up, forget about squatting down to pick up DD's toys.   Just kidding, I still do it but it sucks.

What can I do to help my legs feel better though? Tylenol? Hot bath?

I'm just excited that I've done enough to be sore!! Even around my ribs hurts!

holy canoly i feel you!!

i wanna get back into it so bad but my mom has my DVD and weights! she borrowed it while i was pregnant now im like WOMAN give it back!!!

but i do remember how bad my legs hurt the first 6days... after day 6 its like a breakthrough!

walkind DOWN steps is just about impossible!!

and i didnt take anything. i just ate a banana before bed..

Oh yeah, steps are horrible! And they have the entire thing on Youtube! That's where I'm watching it

I've never done 30 day shred. Is the pre workout warm up and post workout sufficient enough for you? If not, warm up yourself a bit more before the actual workout starts. I, personally, enjoy the post workout burn. It hurts so good.

For now it's plenty. I literally just went from couch potato to working out 40 minutes a day. I feel like death haha

It's day 2 for me too and yes my legs hurt. I've done it before and saw results but haven't exercised in a long while and I can't even do all the jumpin jacks and jumping rope without stopping to catch my breath. I'm so outta shape. How r u doing with it?

The only thing I'm having trouble with is the push ups   I've always sucked at those, though. I just do the easy knee ones. But it's still hard lol.
