I'm actually making Cheddar Chowder tomorrow night for my cousin and his wife. This isn't the exact recipe I follow(mine is my aunt's), but it is very similar. I just recently added sweet potatoes in lieu of regular potatoes and O.M.G. FANNNNNNNTABULOUS! It gives it a slightly sweet taste. I'm going to do that from now on.
