when we started my son on soy advanced as a baby i think he may have been constipated the first few days, then had runny stools... and it took a good 1-2 weeks for him to get used to the switch

My daughter has had constipation problems on and off from her soy formula. Her pediatrician allows us to give her juice for it though and after a couple days with juice she is usually fine for awhile.

DD had to have Isomil & never had any problems pooping
