gay marriage

im watching the dr phil episode on gay marriage and its making me so angry!! why can't everyone have the same rights? why are people making it such a big deal? if they're happy and love each other, let them live their lives like everyone else can regardless of their choice in partners! i can't wait until everyone is treated equally and not judged because their life choices are different from someone else's!!!

Truth!

It is never going to be equal. Women still don't have all rights as men. Blacks Mexicans, Asians don't have same rights as whites. That is just the world we live in

Over where I am Mexicans have better opportunities than whites. Almost always when applying for a job and you don't speak Spanish you aren't considered. I've heard of some people BARELY even qualified for the job versus an English speaker, but they speak Spanish and BAM. They got the job. Whites are becoming a minority where I am.

They don't? I am a woman and I feel I have equal rights as men. What other rights are you talking about that these races aren't included in?

i think she is meaning unequal as far as employment. and it has been proven that women make less than men with the same job, experience, education etc.
but im just overly angered that we as a so called free country are keeping rights from people because of who they love because some people think thats not right. america is the land of the people for the people. a few peoples opinions should not take that away. if someone thinks its wrong to be gay, then that person shouldnt be gay! but to say that its wrong for everyone and they're going to take their rights away because they are is completely wrong!
