Were you happy with the program?
I'm going to try something similar to this next week. Luckily I don't have to sign a contract.
I just want to do this so that I can stop thinking about food constantly.
When I do this then I over eat. its so annoying.
I just want to do this until I'm at my goal weight, then I will start cooking everything. I'm only do this program 4 days a week, and the other 3 days I'm going to cook and practice.
