Quoting Addi's Momma:" I will look into them. We have Kawaii right now and they are awesome. I am always looking for more though lol."

LLC is fitted, kawaii are pockets so you might not like hers, I am switching to fitteds and selling all my pockets, if youre interested in buying PM me, I have kawaii and bum genius and a bunch other, some are girly some are gender neutral and some have prints like dr.seuss. Some are in great condition and some are well loved so some are anywhere from 4 bucks to 10... no higher than 10 though cause I'm trying to sell them quickly to buy more fitteds.

I love cloth diapers, but unfortunately most companies don't ship to Europe. I got some alvababy's and some bumgenius that my MIL brought from Canada (she lives there).
Night time is still disposable, heavy wetter... I'm trying my luck to find a knitting pattern for a wool diaper, those seem to be the most absorbent for night time?

Wool is awesome cover for night time. If you have a heavy wetter I HIGHLY recommend Little Lucky c's cloth diapers, she's a mom who makes them and if you talk to her personally and cover the cost of shipping she will very likely ship to you. Here diapers are amazing for night time, she's all I use for at night, add a wool cover that is lanolized and its like bullet proof for leaks!

do you have facebook? If you're interested I can link you to her page, all you need to do is PM her she usually responds the same day if shes not busy making diapers. And she'd let you know if she can ship to you or not.

Yeah I just googled her page   I'll have a look at her diapers and the shipping costs, although I also really have my heart set on knitting a few wool diapers, would be a nice side project.

Ive never heard of a wool diaper only wool covers, I love wool as a cover and use it regularly. I have knitted and crocheted, I don't knit so I buy knitted, I have shorties, and longies I have one pair of purchased crocheted longies and one regular cover that I crocheted myself.

Can you link me to a wool diaper? I havent seen one before.

yes those are wool covers, if you scroll to the bottom you'll see how it compares it to "plastic pants" those are covers too. People like the wool covers better than the plastic because it absorbs more so when there are leaks you can't tell because it aborbs it, the lanolin you put on them also cleanses the urine so the covers can be used longer. But wool isn't absorbant enough to use as a diaper alone, atleast not if you have a heavy wetter. And theyre not meant to be washed regularly which you are going to have to do if a baby pees directly on to them ander you wash them youre going to have to constantly "re-lanolize" them and lanolin isn't that cheap.

Also if you want one made quicker than knitting to try them out you can buy a 100% wool sweater from a thrift store or if you have them use an old one. You can find tutorials online how to sew them into one like the one you linked

I don't mind the "re-lanolize", it's really cheap here. I prefer them just as diapers without covers, work during the day like a charm (especially with runny poo).
Plus I like the knitting practise!

Ya those are the ones, I couldn't for the life of me get the hang of knitting circular stuff like socks on straight double pointeds. Usually the wool shops can offer advice
