has anyone successfully done this?

I asked a different question about this earlier,
but now i'm wondering, has anyone successfully had a blue print copy made at kinkos for $5 or an engineering print made at staples for $2-$5 before?

or have you run into issues with them saying no photos, etc?

if it worked for you, where?
and how'd you go about it? (order online, just go in)

i plan to try it friday.
